This site contains a range of habitat types including very high distinctiveness wood pasture and parkland and high distinctiveness traditional orchards, both currently in poor condition. These habitats are proposed to have their condition enhanced to good and moderate, respectively. Enhancement of a range of hedgerow habitats are also proposed to be enhanced to good condition, including line of trees and species rich native hedgerow with trees. The site measures 56.54 hectares / 139.71 acres. A full Baseline Habitat Survey, Defra Metric calculations and 30-year Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan have been completed for the site.
